May 31, 2014

Two BP employees were charged with manslaughter in connection with the 2010 Deepwater Horizon explosion that killed 11 offshore oil rig workers.  Prosecutors have asked the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals to reinstate the charges after U.S. District Judge Stanwood Duval Jr. threw out 11 counts of “seaman’s manslaughter.” Duval said the seaman’s manslaughter law […]

School security gaurd assaults, handcuffs handicapped student to wheelchair

May 30, 2014

Yet another example of a glorified hall-monitor run a muck,  an Oakland High school guard brutally attacked a student, allegedly punching, handcuffing and dumping a handicapped student out of his wheel chair.  The Officer, Marchell Mitchell, has been charged with child abuse and fired. The details of this situation are deplorable. Mitchell was trying to […]

FOX News Anchor Arrested Drunk & Belligerent

May 29, 2014

May 28, 2014

Information has surfaced that some of the students had the worst […]

Supreme Court: states must look beyond IQ score of death row inmates

May 27, 2014

A 5-4 decision was handed down by the Supreme Court that Florida and a handful of other states must not look at an IQ score above 70 as determinative of mental capacity – inmates that fall within the margin of error of the IQ tests must be allowed to present other evidence of mental disability. […]

DWI #7 for Ferrari driver – gets weekend jail

May 26, 2014

It was a very theatrical ending to his latest DWI for Joseph Shaun Goodman.  He was chased through downtown Olympia, Washington at close to 100mph, but slowed to let his petrified passenger out at one point.  In the end he wrecked his 2000 model Ferrari into a house and two cars. It reminds me of […]
